Analysis must be performed within 24 hours. For BD biosciences systems: the sample vials should be maintained at 2°-10°C until use. For Beckman Coulter systems: the vials should be maintained at 18°-30°C until use.

Additional Comments

The material assayed is fresh whole blood, which quickly deteriorates under normal transport conditions and should be tested within 3–4 days of dispatch. As such this program is only available to a limited number of destinations outside Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong. Please contact Customer Service at [email protected] if you are outside these areas. Notification will be sent by email on the day of dispatch.
