Molecular Dermatophytes

This program evaluates molecular identification of a comprehensive range of dermatophytes, including Microsporum spp., Trichophyton spp., Nannizzia spp. and Epidermophyton spp., transitioning from morphology-based to molecular testing. Mixed and individual isolates included in this program provide laboratories with real-life challenges reflecting testing using multiplexed assays
