PD-L1 FOR NON-SMALL CELL LUNG CARCINOMA: Proficiency testing workshop – NOW FULL!

December 5, 2017 3:51 pm

It is with great pleasure that the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia Quality Assurance Programs (RCPAQAP) welcomes you to this one-day workshop to be held at the RCPAQAP office in St Leonards, Sydney on Thursday 1st March 2018. The venue has capacity for 70 pathologists and scientific/technical staff who have or hope to implement PD-L1 testing for non-small cell lung carcinoma (NSCLC) within their laboratories.

Following a pre-pilot and pilot conducted with UK NEQAS ICC & ISH in 2017, we are keen to share knowledge learned through these pilots free to our participants with support from our sponsors. We have a diverse program and are fortunate to have high quality speakers in attendance, including those from the UK.  The format of the workshop will be a series of presentations and a mock assessment where registrants will participate in assessing the quality of slides submitted to the proficiency testing program. Participants will have the opportunity to liaise with antibody/platform suppliers and learn from the experiences of other laboratories.

DATE: Thurs 1st March 2018

TIME: 9:00am – 4:00pm

The RCPAQAP would like to thank the following companies for their support. We encourage you to liaise with representatives throughout the workshop and look forward to seeing you there!
