The Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia, Pathology Update 2019 Board of Education and Assessment Visiting Professor Program, together with the RCPAQAP are pleased to be bringing Professor Sverre Sandberg to Australia for Pathology Update 2019, as well as a Satellite Workshop on “Best Practice in Point of Care Testing” in Sydney. Professor Sandberg is director of NOKLUS, a Norwegian organisation for quality improvement of laboratory activity which serves about 80 hospital laboratories and about 3000 users of POC equipment outside hospitals. Professor Sandberg, together with some of Australia’s leading experts on Point of Care Testing will discuss current concepts in testing, examples of best practice and future directions of service delivery.
