The RCPAQAP supports local and international initiatives to improve the quality of diagnostic pathology testing.

- Pathologists Overseas
- The Pacific Pathology Training Centre (PPTC)
- The International Federation of Clinical Chemistry and Laboratory Medicine (IFCC)
