The Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia (RCPA) is an Australian not-for-profit company limited by guarantee. RCPA’s education and research activities are registered as charities with the Australian Charities & Not-for-profit Commission (ACNC).

The RCPAQAP is a wholly owned subsidiary of RCPA, governed by an independent Board.
